Contact
The easiest way to reach us is the Google Form below. (The form is in Japanese, but you are welcome to write in English.)
You can also reach us by email or X DM.
This site is run by one person, so a reply can take a few days. Depending on the question we may not be able to answer at all — thank you for understanding.
📮 What to write about
- Bug reports and layout problems
- Requests — a tool you would like to see, or a change to one that exists
- Questions about how a tool works
- Press, features, and other enquiries
🔍 Reporting a bug
On its own, "it does not work" is rarely enough to reproduce the problem here. These three details make it far quicker to track down.
- Which tool (the page URL is the surest way)
- Your device and browser (for example, Safari on iPhone or Chrome on Windows)
- What you did and what happened (what you expected helps too)
📖 Before you write
- Whether you may use the tools in videos and blog posts is covered by our Terms of Service (monetized content is fine).
- How the text you enter and your access data are handled is explained in our Privacy Policy.
